The 2017 Ohio State season is still 98 days away. Thursday night, Urban Meyer's team went to the Battlegrounds Paintball in Canal Winchester, Ohio, to bond by shooting each other with exploding balls of paint.

During the competition, the team held unit duels. Four-star freshman running back J.K. Dobbins faced four-star freshman safety Isaiah Pryor, with Meyer and strength coach Mickey Marotti standing standing by as a referees.

In the video above, Dobbins can be seen icing his recruiting classmate.

Ben Victor (center), Terry McLaurin, Joe Burrow, and Johnnie Dixon were also present:

Long snapper Liam McCullough suffered a face shot from an unknown assailant:

Sam Hubbard posted a photo with other defensive linemen and unit coach Larry Johnson with a "2-0" caption:

Looks like a fun day at the range.
