As I would love to choose ND....I chose the cable/satellite outage. ND doesn't have a chance...they'll keep it close in the 1st half...then they'll get stomped once Bama's running game gets going. I hate to say it but expect a 7th SEC Champion in a row...PUKE! More Southern Superior talk for another year on ESPN and the net...weeeee I can't wait!

I hate both teams, but the SEC must fall. As it stands, undefeated OSU would be behind a one-loss SEC school (Bama or UGA). I think ND beating Bama would be a step forward changing things in future years since most people would admit that OSU-ND are comparable programs
the world ends on 12/21, so we'll never know? Go Mayans! (okay, maybe not, but the plummeting meteor was a nice choice)
The Whore Of South Bend is our greatest competition for recruits.She must not win.If this happens The Whore ends up with the #1 class this year for sure.She is only about One or two studs from that at this time.Then as we play in The B1G championship next year for our shot at a trip to The Rose Bowl and loose to Nerdwestern whom we vanquished just 7 weeks earlier,because UM only had one week to prepare.You will look back and say why did I ever hope ND would win a game of any kind.GO BUCKS!

There just isn't much difference between 7 straight titles compared to six. Hold off just one more year and let Urban halt that streak. Fitting.
To hell with Notre Dame. They're the Yankees, Steelers/Cowboys and ManU all rolled into one - regardless of performance their fans will. not. go. away. They've played neutral-site (cough*bullshit) games "as the home team" at Yankee Stadium, Cowboys Stadium and the AlamoDome and that certainly helps recruiting.
Also - I have no interest in seeing Alex Anzalone partake in any celebrations next season when he arrives. No thank you.

It's a lose-lose situation, but the bright side if Bama rolls is that OSU will be the only undefeated team at the end of the bowl season.
I've always heard that I should hate Notre Dame, but I just don't. The only time they have been relevant to me in my football watching lifetime was when we were giving them a beating in the Fiesta Bowl. I'm fine with them winning. Screw Saban.

i expect ND is gonna get pummeled, but I'll root anyway.
i'm not worried about recruiting ramifications. Notre Dame has always had good classes, even when they sucked, and that's taken a recruit from us here and there. Overall, we'll get ours. In Urban I trust.
I would like to see Bama win. The reason being, is I want OSU to be the sec slayer. We were the ones that they got the ball rolling against, so we should be the ones to stop them.. Having Notre Lame win and stop the sec dominance will be insufferable. The Walmart Domers will almost be as arrogant as the AACC fan base. Almost.
