Say what you will about the Harlem Shake. It's played out, everyone has done it and you may be sick of seeing it by now. But, as anyone with children can attest, being cool isn't necessarily part of being a good father.

I really like Tom Herman. It will be sad when he leaves for a head coaching gig (which is inevitable), but I will root for him to have success wherever he goes.
