Here is why I like this team and their chances in the tournament:
That play had the look of a rehearsed planned play. Scott made a freakish steal/behind the back pass to Craft who made a no-look over the head pass to Thomas who had made a fast break the instant he saw Scott steal the ball. These guys know each other. They play hard core defense and are unselfish. That is the stuff that picks you up when the shots aren't falling. Matta has these guys playing their best ball at the right time of the year.
To err is human. Really sucking requires having yellow stripes on your helmet.
Strong guard play always carries well in the tourney. Neither of ours are purely scorers, but defensively they are 2 of the best in the country. So good that it creates O for the entire team.

I think Craft actually was passing the ball back to Scott. Thomas was having none of it.

"You win with people." - Woody Hayes
Scott has sold his soul to the devil for these skills.
Thank you sir! May I have another?
I like that Craft tried to imitate him, but not quite. But DT says, "who cares?"
If craft had made a better pass leading to a dt dunk, woulda been play of the year in all college ball.
AMAZING!

And not one single person gets off their ass to cheer that play.
c'mon now... the old people in the pricey seats clapped a little.
Coming to expect those kinda plays from Scott and Craft ....the norm. I just wish Scott could make a right handed layup
That's just wrong...
I'm going to refer to Scott as Warlock going forward.
