This has to be the lowest many of these voters have ever ranked ANY undefeated team, including Boise State, TCU in their Rose Bowl season, or even Urban's Utah team. Hard to explain on any logical level.

At least we finished five spots higher than a five-loss Michigan team according to Jon Wilner, who had us ranked 10th. A two-loss South Carolina team ahead of us in his poll.

In my heart of hearts, I know there's a slim chance that OSU could hang with Bama. But oregon? That's a little closer, and I don't think that Oregon's season was that much more impressive than OSU's. To me, there is no reason, under the current system, that OSU shouldn't be ranked second.

LOU got the shaft too. Still ranked lower than UF? I can't wait till Braxton joins the ranks of athlete QB's (Teddy B & Johnny Football) in the spread offense to destroy SEC defenses.
