Honestly - this is totally true. Of course I hate him on the field, but from everything I've ever seen, he seems to be a pretty damn good kid all in all.

I agree. He's exactly what Michigan fans needed to get themselves through some tough times. If you can't have a good team, you hope you at least have a likeable one.
Edit: Sorry - not sure if this image is showing up. Anyway, who cares if Denard ripped off a few long runs against OSU -- it was a loss and he ended up 1-3. Thats all anyone will remember.
He was always a smiling, goofy kid, who got caught in a tough time at UM. I never had any particular distaste for him in particular rather than the garden-variety disdain I reserve for all TTUN players in general.

I think Denard will be one of the first TTUN players that I actually wish a successfully pro career for because of his overall good nature and attitude... and that was tough to admit.
“There are some people addicted to alcohol, some people are addicted to gambling,” Luginbill said. “Urban Meyer is addicted to football, and he’s addicted to winning.”
Agreed. Between the no shoelaces thing, the constant overhyping, playing for TTUN, that damned spoonfeeding crap, he sucks. Everytime I see a football player with dreds, I automatically hate them. And it's all because of Detard

Even for Michigan fans that aren't sure if they love him or hate him, he's the only QB to beat OSU since John Navarre in 2003. So, that 1-3 isn't all that bad. It's really 1-2 though, because Tate was the QB in '09.

Except for the whole cereal bowl eating thing and, more importantly, the team he played for I don't have a huge problem with Denard. Most of what annoyed me about him was how he was overhyped by other people. Him signing autographs for a Buckeye fan doesn't seem all that out of character for the way he handles himself publicly.

I hope he asked him to sign it 1-3.
"YOLO" = I'm about to do something extremely ignorant/stupid & I need an excuse to do it.
The stripes on that jersey look relatively close to what we wear...
I guess the senior bowl organizers have a good sense of what looks good on a jersey...
"Guess that eating motion thing I do wasn't such a good idea this year" signed Denard.

Well, at least he wasn't a dick about it.
"Here officer, hold my beer while I find my license."
He makes it hard to dislike him sometimes. lol
Class of 2010.
Denard has a good heart. He just seems like a nice kid.

I agree except the whole thing about not tying his shoes...

Okay, I'll be that guy. It's hard to judge by Denard's smile because he is always smiling. But maybe it is this picture:

With John Simon at the Senior Bowl too, it's gotta be this one!
Denard seems like a good-natured dude. I don't hate him like I hated Mike Hart.

Well, I am not going to be part of this Denard fellatio session. I still hate him.
Yes - but what does James Westphal think?

Everytime I remember that Mike Hart is 0-4 against the Buckeyes, I smile.
Help is on the way.
Chad Henne was my ATF at QB for you guys.......We even had a tribute song to him. You can still find it on "the U-Tube".......

Agree with most of the above. He seems like a good person and I respect his obvious athletic talent. Just please don't get drafted by the browns...
