Wow, what an ass hat. Ive only recently started to pay attention because record was about to be broken. I didn't think this was a woman versus man thing. I could care less about the sex and likely would have found they tied it on sportscenter tomorrow if they had not played Ohio State. I would argue that a smaller % of women play sports than men. I don't mind watching gymnastics because those women do phenomenal things. Why watch women play Basketball (unless to support a friend or college) when the men do things with so much more athleticism. Their bodies are not equal playing fields. I hold women athletes in high regard and respect Their achievements but it isn't as entertaining to me personally. I think the coaches rant places a negative light on this remarkable achievement.

I don't always take names when I kick ass but when I do, they most often belong to a Wolverine.

That was probably the most closely watched women's basketball game I ever have watched. I figured two top teams would show at least decent play. Sadly, I have seen pickup games at work with more skill shown. It was pretty pathetic to watch.

Women's Tennis is entertaining to watch, perhaps because they aren't quite as good, though. College sports is more entertaining to me than the NFL/NBA, so it's not purely a skill argument. It was just the constant mistakes and errors and lack of much skill. No way I want to watch a game where me and my fellow fat coworkers could do a better job, though.
