Cincinnati's ABC affiliate caught up with Boom Herron at Bengals offseason voluntary workouts and asked him about Ohio State's spring game, what he expects for the team this year and missing Ohio State.

Asked whether he was able to watch the spring game:

"Yeah actually I did – I was able to see them. I was staying in Columbus, so I was able to check out a couple of their practices and workout with those guys a few times."

On Boom's expectations for the 2013 Buckeyes:

"I have high expectations for them. They have such great talent – they have a lot of great talent coming back. They have a great leader in Braxton Miller and a great head coach and a great staff and I just see nothing but great things happening for those guys."

Asked about Ohio State always being a part of him:

"When I went back it was like 'Man, I'm going to miss this place,' and I still miss it to this day. But you have to move on and let the young guys take over."
