They didn't want to deal with any possible litigation from Ohio State by selling them, so they're free to download--in hi res, thank you Eleven-Dub overlords--for personal use.
It's obvious that the farmer left the combine there in the winter. That way, the "I" could be dotted without the cutting through the rest of the script formation, a different one must have been used to finish the rest. Duh, haha.
Or, John Simon just threw the combine there after the rest of the formation was finished. Come to think of it, this is probably a more reasonable explination.
it really depends. That's my cop-out answer. Of the posters I've done this year, this one easily took me the longest. I'd say I sepnt a solid 8-10 hours on this. A lot of it is coming up with the concept, then developing the specific design of the poster. I started from scratch on this one 3 times, but some, like the UAB print, I've gotten "right" the "first" time and those obviosuly don't take as long.
Its very well done, you can tell they take a while to make just by the quality of the work. I wish I could make something like that but all my creative talent was spent on music I am afraid. Amazing stuff Walt and thanks for the reply.

Honestly, Columbus state allowed my ex to print a 12x18 of her art project for like 4 bucks if you'rein Columbus. She tried OSU first but it was so expensive.
if you're a member at Costco, they have a pretty solid printing service for large jobs. Otherwise Kinko's or any print shop should be able to knock these out, and the price will probably be about the same wherever you go.

The combine with the block "O" that's dotting the "I" is a masterful touch.
Bravo, Walt.

It was definitely Simon!
Perhaps John Simon himself cleared the corn as a tune up for this week's game.....
I know there's a game saturday, and my ass will be there.

Nebraska's drought-striken corn would not look nearly that good this year ;)
These posters are great though.

How long do these take to make? Just curious.

Looks awesome Walt! I cropped it so the Script Ohio is my phones wallpaper.
Does anyone know a good place to get one of the posters printed?
