Thad's next star, Jared Sullinger, was named the 2010 Naismith National Player of the Year today, beating out fellow stud Harrison Barnes. Sully's stat line this season reads 23.6 points, 11.7 boards and 1.6 blocks per game.
The cornerstone of Matta's 2010 incoming class dubbed the Super Six, Sullinger joins Greg Oden as future Buckeyes to win the honor.
His father, Satch, picked up Naismith National Coach of the Year honors to complete a family sweep. Nice.
We salute you, sir(s).

Wonder if he'll bring back the tights?
Haha! You never know. Those things were awesome. This isn't a crack because I liked JJ but clearly he was just as worried about how he looked as how he played. Jamar, on the other hand...He looked homeless and sleepy most of the time but still put up his 18 a night!
