One of the most informative days of Ohio State's offseason happened on Saturday, and we're here to cover all the standouts and observations.

The Buckeyes held their annual Student Appreciation Day, opening more than an hour of practice, including full 11-on-11 action, to Ohio State students and media. As usual, several players made early waves.

Ohio State's receivers and defensive backs both had their moments, perhaps none more than UTSA transfer wideout Devin McCuin, who made plays all over the field and showcased his speed with a few explosive runs after catches. A transfer opposite him, former Georgia cornerback Dominick Kelly, had one of the best days of any defender. Sophomore Devin Sanchez also showed great coverage at corner as he works to embrace a starting role.

The defensive line had the upper hand on the Buckeyes' offensive linemen, which is typical of a spring practice. Transfer defensive tackle James Smith was a consistent backfield invader, and backup defensive Epi Sitanilei got home for multiple sacks. But the difficulty faced by the second-team offensive line made it all the more impressive that backup quarterback Tavien St. Clair performed as well as he did. Tossing accurate throws all about the field, St. Clair even excelled when throwing off-platform or escaping the pocket.

Eleven Warriors' Andy Anders and Dan Hope are here to talk about all of the standouts from Student Appreciation Day on the latest episode of Press Coverage, which you can watch at the top of the page.
