Ohio State will enter the Big House as a two-score favorite.

FanDuel Sportsbook lists Ohio State as a 12.5-point favorite over Michigan, with an over/under of 43.5, when the rivals meet on Nov. 29 in Ann Arbor. According to Odds Shark, that’s the second-largest spread in the past decade of The Game, trailing only last year’s Ohio State -20.5 line.

  • 2024: Ohio State -20.5
  • 2023: Michigan -3
  • 2022: Ohio State - 9
  • 2021: Ohio State -6.5
  • 2019: Ohio State -9
  • 2018: Michigan -4.5
  • 2017: Ohio State -12

The 12.5-point spread for Ohio State is the Buckeyes’ third-smallest of the season, behind just the 1.5-point line against Texas and the 9.5-point line against Washington. Most of Ohio State’s other spreads have been much larger: -14.5 over Illinois, -17.5 over Penn State, -23.5 over Minnesota, -24.5 over Wisconsin, and -28.5 or more against Ohio, Purdue, Rutgers, and Grambling State.

At 10-0 this season, Ohio State has been strong against the spread, posting an 8-2 record. The only two times the Buckeyes failed to cover were against Ohio and Purdue, winning by 28 points with a 28.5-point spread over the Bobcats and by 24 points with a 29.5-point spread over the Boilermakers.

Kickoff between Ohio State and Michigan is set for noon on Nov. 29 at Michigan Stadium. FOX will broadcast The Game with Gus Johnson and Joel Klatt on the call.
