When Ohio State hosts Minnesota for a night battle at Ohio Stadium, it will do so as a massive favorite.
According to FanDuel Sportsbook, the Buckeyes are a 21.5-point favorite over the Golden Gophers on Saturday. DraftKings Sportsbook gave Ohio State a little more credit, placing the line at 23.5 points in favor of the Buckeyes.
FanDuel also set the total for the bout between the Buckeyes and Golden Gophers at 46.5 points.
Ohio State has had plenty of success against the spread to this point in the season, as the Buckeyes have covered in three of four games. The only time Ohio State failed to cover the spread came in its 37-9 victory over Ohio on Sept. 13, in which the Buckeyes were 28.5-point favorites.
The under has also hit in three of Ohio State’s games, with the lone exception coming when the Buckeyes dominated Grambling State 70-0 on Sept. 6.
Despite its 3-1 record, Minnesota is just 1-3 against the spread, while the over has hit in two of its last three games.
Ohio State is 47-7 against Minnesota all-time and has won 12-straight against the Golden Gophers, not counting a vacated victory in 2010. The Golden Gophers’ last victory against Ohio State came in 2000, when Minnesota defeated the Buckeyes 29-17 at Ohio Stadium.
The Buckeyes and Golden Gophers kick off at 7:30 ET on Saturday, and the game will be televised on NBC and streamed live on Peacock.
