The Big Ten introduced a new “Rivalry Series” this week — but it didn’t include Ohio State vs. Michigan.

This week, the Big Ten and Venmo announced a partnership for a new Rivalry Series, spanning football and both men’s and women’s basketball. The series begins Saturday with two of college football's storied rivals… Oregon and Penn State?

The battle between the Ducks and Nittany Lions is the first of 17 designated football games in the series. Ohio State is featured twice, with its Oct. 18 road game against Wisconsin and its Nov. 1 home game against Penn State.
