Episode 1 of Ohio State's team documentary for the 2025 season is out.

While the video lasted just four minutes, it's been months in the making. The Buckeyes' creative team brought on Julian Sayin, Austin Siereveld, Caleb Downs and plenty of coaches to talk about the offseason training that's led up to a massive moment against No. 1 Texas on Saturday.

"You get sick of hitting one another in camp," linebacker coach James Laurinaitis said in the video. "So I think a lot of the guys are at that point where they just want to go play."

The series is aptly named. Even new defensive coordinator Matt Patricia, who has no previous connection to Ohio State in his coaching career, understands the impact a raucous Horseshoe can have.

"Certainly, defending the Shoe is going to be the number one priority for us," Patricia said. "I think when you have home field and you have a fanbase of 110,000 and people outside, you feel that environment and how special that stadium is and what it means, and the history behind it."

The video goes from the end of Ohio State's national championship run through preseason camp to now, with Ryan Day giving an overview of the offseason. Sayin expressed a mentality that's been prevalent in the Woody Hayes Athletic Center this offseason.

"What we did last year was great, but none of what happened last year matters this year," Sayin said. "We're gonna go out there, our record is 0-0 right now. We're gonna go compete. We've all grown up a lot and matured on and off the field, and we're just excited for this season."

The Buckeyes know the task at hand. Time to go play it out in the Shoe at noon on FOX Saturday.

"The reason you come to Ohio State is you want to play on the biggest stage," Laurinaitis said. "It comes down to execution, who can handle the momentum swings in the game, I believe, and who can handle those and win those situations that are very critical."
