Quinshon Judkins is staying in Ohio with the Cleveland Browns, but he wasn't the first in his family to know that.

As Judkins awaited his draft fate with a large contingent of family members at his residence, the former Ohio State running back briefly left the family room to grab himself some lemonade.

He left his phone behind, and the Browns called with life-changing news. Since Judkins wasn't around, his mother had to answer the phone for him. Once he heard the Browns were calling and drafting him with the No. 36 overall pick, Judkins quickly rushed back into the room.

He could be in contention to start for Cleveland this season as the Browns attempt to rebuild their roster.

Judkins spent only one season at Ohio State, but it was a memorable one. Pairing with TreVeyon Henderson to give Ohio State a dynamic one-two punch at running back, Judkins turned in a 1,000-yard season for the third straight year in his college career, running for 1,060 yards and 14 touchdowns on 194 carries following his transfer from Ole Miss.
