Zen Michalski has "officially" become a Buckeye.

Ohio State announced Wednesday that the true freshman offensive lineman has shed his black stripe, becoming the fourth Buckeye to do so in the past week. Freshman walk-ons Toby Wilson, Jackson Kuwatch and Reis Stocksdale each lost their black stripes last week.

Michalski was a four-star prospect and the No. 314 overall recruit in the class of 2021. A native of Floyds Knobs, Indiana, Michalski attended Floyd Central High School, where he was a first-team all-conference honoree as a senior.

Listed at 6-foot-7, 305 pounds, Michalski is the 11th Buckeye to lose his black stripe since the 2021 season began in September, and the 19th to do so since the start of August.
