Touchdown Terry McLaurin reigns.

His 16-yard touchdown grab that gave Ohio State a 7-0 lead with 10:31 remaining in the first quarter of Saturday night's Big Ten championship was his 10th touchdown reception of the year. McLaurin, a two-time team captain, became the first Buckeye wideout with double-digit touchdown catches in a single season since 2014, when Devin Smith caught 12 scores.

McLaurin's career has taken a continual upward trajectory.

He redshirted his first year on campus and didn't have a single catch as a redshirt freshman. The following year, he had two receptions. Then, last season, McLaurin caught 29 passes for 436 yards and six touchdowns. As of the first quarter, McLaurin had 32 catches for 605 yards and 10 touchdowns this season.
