The Associated Press named three Ohio State football players to its postseason All-America teams on Monday.

Ohio State cornerback Denzel Ward and center Billy Price were each named as first-team All-Americans, while defensive end Nick Bosa earned second-team honors.

Ward is recognized as one of the nation's top cornerbacks after a dominant season in which he has consistently shut down opposing receivers and made plays on the ball, recording two interceptions and 15 pass breakups.

Price, who adds AP All-American honors to a long list of awards that also include the Rimington Trophy and Big Ten Offensive Lineman of the Year, broke the school record for consecutive starts earlier this season (54 games with a chance to make it 55) and has led the way for an offensive line that has led Ohio State's offense to ranking fifth in points per game (42.5) and sixth in yards per game (523.6).

Bosa, who was previously named as the Big Ten Defensive Lineman of the Year, has recorded 14.5 tackles for loss and seven sacks, leading the Buckeyes in both categories while playing only about half of the team's defensive snaps as part of a defensive end rotation with Tyquan Lewis, Sam Hubbard and Jalyn Holmes.

Ohio State has now had nine first-team AP All-Americans in the last five years, with Price and Ward following Pat Elflein, Malik Hooker and Curtis Samuel (2016), Taylor Decker and Vonn Bell (2015), Joey Bosa (2014) and Ryan Shazier (2013).
