Ohio State defeated Wisconsin, 27-21, on Saturday night to capture its 36th Big Ten Conference title and put itself in position for a berth in the College Football Playoff for the second time in a row — and third in the last four seasons.

After much uncertainty about his availability, quarterback J.T. Barrett finished the game 12-of-26 passing for 211 yards, two touchdowns and a pair of interceptions. Running back J.K. Dobbins rushed for 174 yards on 17 carries to be named the game's Most Valuable Player.

The Buckeyes now await their fate, as the playoff semifinal pairings will be revealed at 12:30 p.m. on ESPN.
