Four-star freshman quarterback Tate Martell is already on Ohio State's campus. Before that, though, he was a senior at Bishop Gorman in Las Vegas, Nevada.

During that time, Martell took part in a new docuseries from Verizon, QB1: Beyond the Lights. Along with Martell, it features Georgia signee Jake Fromm and Wake Forest signee Tayvon Bowers.

All three episodes episode of can be viewed at Verizon's streaming site, go90. It doesn't require a Verizon subscription, either.

In the series, you can see Martell preparing for school (Only 131 days until arriving at Ohio State!) all the way to the first practice of the year. It's an interesting look at the life of a teenager already under the bright lights and expectations of big-time college athletics.

It also offers an inside look at the training at Bishop Gorman, which Martell believes will give him an edge competing against his peers in Columbus.
