CHICAGO — True freshman offensive lineman Michael Jordan captured the attention of many when he was taking first-team reps at guard throughout spring practice.

Turns out, it wasn't just an act.

Ohio State head coach Urban Meyer said Tuesday at Big Ten Media Days that Jordan will "probably be a starter" at guard for the Buckeyes this fall. Jordan was believed to be in competition with Matthew Burrell, Evan Lisle and Demetrius Knox for one of the guard spots, while redshirt junior Billy Price mans the other.

Ohio State opens fall camp Aug. 7. Full coverage of Meyer's presser can be found here.
