Things weren't pretty Saturday for Ohio State in its 20-13 victory over Northern Illinois, but its lackluster performance didn't cost it anything in the AP or coaches polls. The Buckeyes are still No. 1 in both.

Ohio State did see a slight decline in first-place votes as it only received 42 in the AP and 61 in the coaches, down from 59 and 62 last week. After Alabama's loss to Ole Miss, TCU is the new No. 2 team in the country in the coaches poll while Michigan State is ranked No. 2 in the AP poll

Other ranked Big Ten teams are Northwestern (19th in coaches, 17th in AP) and Wisconsin (21st in coaches, 22nd in AP).
