Wisdom teeth surgery. (Everybody who's had it just grimaced.) It can be a monster, but the good news is you're unconscious when it happens.
Anesthesia can last for awhile though, and star recruit/freshman Torrance Gibson is the latest to have a wisdom tooth removed and be filmed in the drug-fueled aftermath:
