Raiders’ Fernando Mendoza graduates, but not from Indiana

The quarterback initially committed to California and spent two years with the Golden Bears. On Sunday, he graduated from the university with a degree in Business Administration and Management, via Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network.

I find this to be very strange. Congrats to Mendoza....did he take any classes at Indiana?
