Despite the fact that Ohio State's jerseys have changed mightily since their 1890 inception, there are traditionally two camps. The traditionalists and the "anything to help recruiting" camp.

However, some jerseys (the all-white chrome alternates at Penn State last year or the alternates during the playoffs) have seemed to strike a balance between the two camps. This would seem to be one of those renditions.

 

The only issue? Perhaps the black trim. Though it is sure to rankle some purists, black is listed as a "signature color" by the university itself.

Makes you think, for sure.
