Four-star 2026 running back Favour Akih stays home and commits to Ohio State
Ohio State made a marquee addition to its 2026 class on Sunday.
Four-star Ohio running back Favour Akih became the 14th OSU commit for the current cycle and the Buckeyes' first tailback commitment, giving Carlos Locklyn another win on the recruiting trail.
Akih is coming off a breakout junior year where he ran for 1,653 yards and 15 touchdowns while catching nine passes for 142 yards and three touchdowns. He's considered the No. 166 prospect and No. 14 running back in the 2026 class.
