Earlier this week, Ohio State added to what is already shaping up to be one of the nation’s top-rated recruiting classes when Arizona four-star running back — and Akron native — Darvon Hubbard pledged his services to the Buckeyes.

“Our 2020 class is already crazy,” Hubbard told Eleven Warriors. “I was just adding fuel to the fire.”

With six commitments and just under 17 months until the Early Signing Period, Ohio State trails only Miami in the 247Sports Team Composite Rankings; the Hurricanes have nine pledges by comparison. But given the amount of talent already showing significant interest in the Buckeyes, there’s a strong belief that this haul could be the best in program history — and quite possibly of all time.

With that said and with several top underclassmen on campus for unofficial visits this weekend, my colleague, Andrew Ellis, and I offer our way-too-early predictions on who will end up in Ohio State's 2020 recruiting class.
