For the first time this year, Ohio State fans can watch the Buckeyes play basketball live.

The Big Ten has not allowed a public crowd to be in attendance at any of its games this season, but that's changing for this week's conference tournament as the Big Ten has decided to allow 8,000 fans to attend each of this week's games, with tickets going on sale at noon on Monday.

Beginning at noon, fans can purchase single-session tickets for the tournament through Ticketmaster. There will be three tiers for ticket options with a price of $210 for 500/600 level seats, $290 for 300/400 level seats, $400 for 100/200 level seats. The conference also says there will be student discounts.

The 8,000-person crowd will be smaller than usual – Lucas Oil Stadium typically holds more than 70,000 – and those in attendance will have to follow Lucas Oil Stadium protocols. They include a requirement to wear a mask and to socially distance themselves from others inside the building.

The Big Ten Tournament begins on March 10 and will run until March 14. Ohio State's first game will be on Thursday afternoon, 25 minutes after the 11:30 a.m. game between Michigan State and Maryland. The Buckeyes will play the winner of Wednesday's game between Minnesota and Northwestern.
