Watch Ohio State Recognize the National Champion 1960 Men's Basketball Team During Halftime of Thursday's Game Against Illinois

In recognition of the 60th anniversary of the only national championship in Ohio State basketball history, Ohio State's 1960 men's basketball team was honored during halftime of the Buckeyes' final home game of the season at the Schottenstein Center on Thursday night.

Ten members of the team, including Jerry Lucas, Bob Knight and Mel Nowell, were in attendance along with the wives of Larry Siegfried, who died in 2010, and John Havlicek, who died last year. Each member of the team was introduced individually to the crowd, with Knight, Lucas and the widows of Havlicek and Siegfried drawing particularly large ovations.
