Looks like Baker Mayfield is headed out of Cleveland. Carolina traded a fifth round pick and is only paying $5 million of his salary next season. The draft pick can improve if certain play markers are met. Cleveland is paying $10.5 million and Mayfield is waiving $3.5 million.
