This is a pretty long article, but it gives a pretty good look at his life in the NFL.  As a Lions fan I thought it was interesting to hear him say how he respects Matt Millen.  He also talks about how he liked Nick Saban, and didn't like Bobby Petrino.  If you guys have some time to kill check it out.
