Poster on BuckeyePlanet apparently used to coach him and this evening he posted that Jamar is on campus right now. We reached out and confirmed that to be true. 

Birm talked about him a few weeks ago. Listed as a DE on some sites but OSU wants him as a DT. He graduated high school in 2008 then worked at GM and played semi-pro football, so obviously not your typical recruit. 

Bama has offered.
