The SEC has told their conference coaches that they are not permitted to speak at Harbaugh's Coachapalooza in Ann Arbor in June, Exposure U.

I'm assuming that is an enforcement of the rule against  SEC coaches "teaching" at another camp. It also , IMO, is a shot back at Harbaugh regarding his interpretation of SEC rules and his recommendation that coaches ignore those rules , whether they are written or implied.
