These are very credible sources (Feldman, Rittenberg, Schad), not to mention several of them, so I tend to give them more merit; therefore I'm wondering what sort of impact the 11W staff thinks his departure might/would have? I know Birm mentioned Herman was close with Burrow and that Burrow could reevaluate his commitment if Herman left and that's only 1 recruit. Any thoughts?
