The only previous player to have two 50-yard touchdown runs in two different games in an NFL season was Chris Johnson during his 2,006-yard season in 2009.
Henderson now has four 50-yard runs in 2025 with his 65-yard rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter.

He is only the second player in NFL history to have multiple games in a season with two rushing touchdowns of 50-plus yards, joining RB Chris Johnson (2009). https://t.co/WT8Q8B1GbQ
Despite Henderson’s achievement, the New England Patriots suffered a 35-31 loss to the Buffalo Bills as Joey Bosa made a game-sealing fourth-down pass breakup on the Patriots’ final drive.
