Hours before his team was going into battle vs. a top ten ranked Indiana team, Dan Lanning was dancing on the ESPN table with Pat McAfee after having just been pursuaded like a fratboy to join McAfee in going shirtless.  As soon as he did this, the old coach in me thought, "you have got to be kidding".  This is no message to send your locker room on the day of one of your biggest games, or maybe ever, especially on gameday.
