Good morning, 11Wers!
The wide receiver position has been an embarrassment of riches for Ohio State over the years, and it doesn't appear to be slowing down any time soon.
Carnell Tate's career night against Minnesota, paired with Jeremiah Smith proving yet again that he's the best offensive player in college football this season, was yet another example of that. Brian Hartline is elite, but we already knew that.
That said, while Buckeye Nation is certainly glad that Smith and Tate are donning the scarlet and gray this season, Smith and Tate's dominance as teammates brings us this This Week's Question: Where would the Smith/Tate duo rank among wide receiver pairs in the NFL if they were both in the league and on the same team?
Smith would probably be a top-10 wideout in the league right now. Luckily for Ohio State, he has to remain in Columbus for one more season after this one. But where would he and Tate rank among WR1/WR2 combos in the NFL if they were both in the league and on the same team?
