When I saw the play live, I started yelling at the refs because I thought I saw the Washington LT(or one of their O-Linemen) reach out and grab Caleb Downs by his right shoulder pad as he was filling the hole to make the tackle just beyond the LOS.  After playing it back, it was verified.  I was cussing the Zebras up and down after that play, which turned out to be the only explosive play that they had all game.  Any thoughts?
