Penn State has a bye before the Oregon game.  Is it just me or does Penn State get an inordinate amount of byes before big games?  It seems like they constantly get these on the schedule and have gotten them before our games on several occasions.  I realize that we have one before the game this year but, as per their friend in the big ten offices, so do they.  How in the world do you get a bye before each of your only two big games of the year?

This conference has been trying to make them successful and they can't help themselves despite all of the assistance.
