If you could shadow one coach on staff, who would you pick?

As a former coach, my pick would be guided by my interest in how they coach the position or by how they connect with their players.

Not all of us have coaching aspirations or football backgrounds but all of us are leaders in some capacity. Whether you own a business, have a family or simply are leading yourself towards an improved version of yourself, we all can learn something from watching other leaders.

I played and coached on the defensive side of the ball my entire life but I’m so intrigued by the leadership style of Coach Locklyn as the RB’s coach. His intensity and attention to detail really stick out to me.
