We seem to have one school after another committing some sort of NCAA violation. Whether it be NIL or NCAA rules since all the schools are part of the NCAA, why not put a clause in all coaching contracts that state they will forfeit all salaries and buyout agreements if they commit NCAA violations. You could also have a clause for a show cause or a banishment period for committing infractions. The schools would have to sign that they would agree to forfeit all games during period of violations and return all television money. Right now the NCAA doesn't seem to have the teeth or ball to do anything since the courts have slapped their wrist and called them out. You could also put a NCAA rule into effect that would prohibit any student from participating in college level sports for the first year he is at any school if he signed a NIL deal before signing a binding agreement to attend that school. Thoughts?
