I have no idea who this person is, but these look legit upon a cursory glance.
It always makes me sad when people sell stuff like this, though I guess if they somehow just fell into my hands and I had nothing to do with earning them, I might consider selling them, too. After all, I wasn't out there blocking and tackling.
Also, this is kind of a situation where there really is no 'market value' because of the scarcity of the item. It basically comes down to what someone is willing to pay for it, I guess. His $65K asking price may or may not be insane.
