I’m friends with a bunch of Notre Dame fans as I lived in Indianapolis for 14 years but I was born and raised in Dayton Ohio and now live outside Columbus. I’ve been asking them how they think the game goes and what it will look like. Every one of them I’ve talked to has said that they hope Marcus Freeman and Al Golden cut copy and paste what Michigan did. Texas did this to a degree last night but I would argue that the reason it worked for Michigan so well was that they have two absolute game wreckers at DT and Ohio state didn’t adjust. Would a cut copy and paste game plan of what Michigan did be able to work for the Irish? I don’t know their team as well but hard to imagine they have two game wreckers at DT that we just keep running right into.
