I was curious why we left the starters out there for the final 2-3 min with the game well in hand. I figured they would let some back ups get a few snaps in. 

When Howard came to the sideline it looked like he said “it’s fine” and “it’s ok” to a few different people. 

Howard likes to have fun with stuff as he “googled me” on the sidelines and some other quips

…I’m kind of wondering if they were going to let Howard stay out there and as a final “kneel” but he would do the same slide as the final play in the previous Oregon game. Kind of like picking a little fun at himself and getting some sweet revenge on that situation. 

I know it’s a long shot but would have been cool to see
