Don’t shoot me for bringing up the possibility a new AD won’t fire Day. They likely won’t fire him before a playoff run and if he wins a couple games he could be brought back(not saying that’s what I want so don’t dv)

If he does come back what changes do you want to see Day make? 
 

Here are mine

• Larry Johnson has to go. The DL recruiting has been atrocious, he has schematic disagreements with Knowles that led to the Oregon loss, and the DL hasn’t gotten pressure in 5 years.
• Justin Frye has to go. He finally got exposed after playing a good OL. He is arguably the worst recruiter on the staff and if he wasn’t bailed out by NIL being used on two transfers we are probably 8-4 because of that group.
• After 7 years I think it is time to finally take special teams seriously. Completely mind boggling Ryan Day has never chosen to hire a serious special teams coordinator, bring in talented kickers/punters, or focus on this issue. We have had embarrassing special teams moments from the second he took over.
• Fire Keenan Bailey. The tight end room made 0 contributions to the team this year. Serious programs don’t hire scrubs like Bailey. If he is an up and comer he can go to Purdue and work his way up to osu. Day needs to stop hiring buddies.
