So I am in Wilsonville, Oregon at The Mercedes Benz dealer. Very nice place (I recommend it highly). I had the car already picked out - a red S580 sedan with white interior. First time I have bought a new Mercedes.

So the paper work is ready and I go into the finance office to get it all signed. We start going through the forms and getting them signed. As I am sitting at the desk I notice his business card holder:  "University of Michigan." I start howling (with a wry smile) about how this can't be that I am buying a car from a Michigan Man - he asks where I am from and I tell him (born in Cbus at University Hosptal). He rolls his eyes and goes on smugly about how great his school is and celebrating the Natty*. I tell him how awful the State of Michigan is, it smells like hot dog water, the asterisk they currently have on their supposed championship* and that due to the depth of their cheating their wins over the last years and the Natty* will have been (in the immortal words of Chase Winovich) a "mirage." Another salesman pops in and gives me a high five for the takedown as this guy is a notorious TCUN homer.

Once we got through the initial jousting he did admit that they are in trouble over the advanced scouting and that he expects them to lose The Game. "But But But, things will turn around next year due to Underwood and the Ellison money cannon" - to which I replied don't expect great things as Underwood will be coached by Moore. 

But the best part - a Buckeye is paying cash for a Mercedes S-Class sedan being sold by a TCUN grad.
