Two Ohio State transfers who finished their college football elsewhere were selected in the 2024 NFL draft.

The Pittsburgh Steelers selected cornerback Ryan Watts, who spent two years at Ohio State before transferring to Texas in 2022, with the No. 195 overall pick in the sixth round. The Washington Commanders selected edge rusher Javontae Jean-Baptiste, who spent five years at Ohio State before transferring to Notre Dame for his final season, with the 222nd overall pick in the seventh round.

Several other Ohio State transfers are among the players who have agreed to free-agent deals after going unselected in the 2024 NFL draft.

Wide receiver Sam Wiglusz, who spent four years at Ohio State as a walk-on before transferring to Ohio in 2022, is signing with the Los Angeles Rams.

Linebacker Dallas Gant, who spent four years at Ohio State before transferring to Toledo in 2022, is signing with the Minnesota Vikings.

Jaelen Gill, who spent two years at Ohio State before three years at Boston College and one final season at Fresno State, is signing with the Los Angeles Chargers.

Craig Young, who spent three years at Ohio State before transferring to Kansas in 2022, is signing with the Indianapolis Colts.

Other Ohio State transfers who are hoping to land free-agent deals after going undrafted include safeties Marcus Hooker (Youngstown State), Amir Riep (Lincoln) and Jahsen Wint (Marshall), linebacker Ryan Batsch (Murray State) and cornerback Darryl Sinclair (Ohio Dominican).
