Looking at the Ohio State roster, everyone says "We have the greatest collection of receivers on the planet and McCord is a midling quarterback who can't get them the ball.

I think if you look at the facts though, Zone 6 has let Kyle down a lot this year. Fleming and Gee Scott both had drops that should have been caught and moved the chains. Fleming should have caught that long bomb against Wisconsin and even Harrison has dropped a few catchable balls. 

Part of this is Kyle's ball placement. He's not as pinpoint accurate as CJ was, but look at the guy... who else is? The ball thrown to Fleming was a bit low but still a routine catch that was dropped. The Scott throw hit him right in the hands. If those balls are caught, it changes the entire game against Rutgers. 

I guess this is just a long winded way of saying that I don't think McCord is as bad as everyone seems to think. He hasn't gotten a lot of help from the running game and receivers at times this year.
