I thought Penn looked like the best team in the B1G after bamboozling WV and crushing Delaware. However, they are struggling to fight off Illinois 16-7.

Drew Allar looked fantastic the last 2 weeks, but now he's at like 50% completion with no TDs or Interceptions.

What do you guys think? Did they fool us by getting after a bad WV team early, or are they struggling because Illinois has a decent defense?
